still and smooth as wax
then bursting forth to glory -

This reminded me of hearing the tiny sound that blossoms do when they finally open. It would be an amazing symphony to record. I often wonder it it would be just as harmonious as we imagine it and think probably not.

these are some incredible lilies... they are called blanca something or other and the scent they present is the most incredible subtle fragrance.. the little pollen pods are bright orange and when i cannot help but to stick my nose and sniff i always come out with an orange nose... and they are just as your ku sez...
