This reminded me of hearing the tiny sound that blossoms do when they finally open. It would be an amazing symphony to record. I often wonder it it would be just as harmonious as we imagine it and think probably not.
You describe the lily perfectly. I have always marvelled about their waxiness.
So much life emerges from that once waxen body. This is great.

A fanfare of lilies, marvelous! Great effect for 'flowering'.

Trumpets and fanfares: it's perfect. I like the waxy description too. What a lovely poem.
Gorgeous! The words are so descriptive!
these are some incredible lilies... they are called blanca something or other and the scent they present is the most incredible subtle fragrance.. the little pollen pods are bright orange and when i cannot help but to stick my nose and sniff i always come out with an orange nose... and they are just as your ku sez...
I love the image of the bursting - how true!
Oh, I've never thought to use the word "wax," but that's exactly it. Lovely.
Such a lovely lily photo! I’m unable to grow them successfully, but love them all the same. Delightful haiku!
Hugs and blessings,
