Because there is a river running through the valley we get some beautiful misty mornings when the season starts to turn. August is early for mists but it has been such a freaky summer. We're having a heatwave in Toronto right now- I'd much prefer a snow storm.
I love Brigadoon! And that would be a lovely thing to see first thing in the morning. Make it all that much easier to get up in the mornings.
I would love to see a Canadian snowstorm Lorraine... as long as I was inside, safe and warm, preferably with some hot chocolate and a log fire :)
Nicole, I can see this when lying in bed too so it isn't always necessary to get up in the mornings :)
