Yup...I'm here sitting with my foot up after having danced as part of a church outreach service this evening in the Castle Hotel. Fantastic time, serious drumbeat going, guitars, off I went leaping about the place and didn't notice anything except the joy of the Lord. Until the music stopped that is...Oh dear, foot is up like a melon, so no dancing in the town square tomorrow :(

But in the meantime, does sitting down due to foot injury equal more knitting time?
Extra knitting time is the only acceptable face of forced inactivity :)I can't believe I was so daft!
