My first visit to Wales was to a castle. Whenever we are there, it is castles I seek.
Hard to imagine that people actually lived and died there at one time, in great masses - very awe inspiring!

Lovely castle, but Oubliette, no no! Although I do love to say the word, it kind of rolls around the mouth in a pleasing way!!!
